What is ConTact C.A.R.E?
ConTact C.A.R.E is a natural way to locate and release Flinchlocked (frozen) bones that were created from the spiral contraction associated with surprise of an impact which has unbalanced the body. This injury causes the rest of the body to adjust and carry the weight this bone can no longer support. When the Flinchlock has been released, the body is able return to a more balanced and unimpeded state of function.

What happens during an appointment?
-This is a hands on, dynamic process.
-Your appointment starts with a conversation about you and your injury/issue.
-A client sheet will be provided for you to fill in.
-During this time, your unconscious gestures and the way your body carries itself is observed.
-You will be asked to find your comfort shape in whatever position, It can be sitting, standing or laying down
-The search for the heaviest bone in your body in relation to your comfort shape you are in can begin.
-The heaviest bone is always looking for something solid to rest against.
-Your body will go from being pliable to being rigid when this bone is touched. This is one of the flinchlocked bone that is controlling your shape in relation to your injury.
-When this bone is found, a supporting grip is formed to support the shape of comfort.
-In this grip, the ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release formula is applied. The process is repeated a few times depending on the issue.
-Some issues may require more than one session to resolve as too much work can be overwhelming to the senses. A follow up appointment in one week is ideal.
-Appointment can last between 45 – 60 minutes.
